Bluefield-
Clara “Elizabeth”
Williams, 82, of Bluefield, WV, died Sunday May 21, 2006 in a Bluefield
hospital.
Born March 11, 1924 in
Mercer County, she was a daughter of the late Henry and Clara Angela Tracy Peery
and was of the Baptist faith.
In addition to her
parents she was preceded in death by her husband of 61 years; James Walton
Williams, her daughter; Doreen Holdren, and her brother; George Peery.
Survivors include three
sons; Eddie Williams and wife Charlene of Bluefield, Kenneth Williams and wife
Helen of Bluefield, Robert Williams and wife Jackie of Waynesboro, VA, a
son-in-law; James Holdren of Bluefield, nine grandchildren; Christina Long,
Eddie Williams, Mike Williams, Donald Thomas, Jeremy Holdren, Stacy Holdren,
Kenneth Williams, Brian Williams, Kevin Williams, two step-granddaughters; Misty
Stamper and Erin Stamper, great-grandchildren; Taylor Williams, Haley Williams,
Sullivan Williams, Breanna Long, Stephanie Long, Jessica Blankenship,
step-great-grandchildren; McKalee Hubbard, Noah Stamper, Bell Booker, Tangen
Booker, Kiara Stamper, Lacie Stamper, and a dear friend; Marianne Brewster.
Graveside services will
be conducted Wednesday May 24, 2006 at 3:30 P.M. from the Roselawn Memorial
Gardens Mausoleum Chapel with the Rev. David Bailey officiating.
Mrs. Williams was an
animal lover and in lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to:
