Frances Irene Ratcliffe - Midlothian, Va. — Frances Irene Ratcliffe, 68, of Midlothian, VA, died on Monday, March 12, 2007.

 Mrs. Ratcliffe was preceded in death by her father, Marvin W. Neal; and her brother, Raymond E. Neal.   She retired from the Virginia State Corporation Commission.

She is survived by her husband, Robert J. Ratcliffe; two daughters, Sharyn Dobbins and Robin Bray; her mother, Lydia Mae Neal; five brothers, Clayton, William, Charles, Dale, and Bobby Neal; four sisters, Charlotte Perdue, Brenda Belcher, Carolyn Caldwell and Donna Serrano; and her grandchildren, Robert Dobbins, April Sylvain, Sarah Dobbins and Amanda Muncy.

Funeral services will be held 2 p.m. Thursday at the Mercer Funeral Home in Bluefield. Interment Roselawn Memorial Gardens, Princeton. The family will receive friends two hours prior to funeral services.
