Bluefield, WV- Judith Neal, 19 months old, of 3906 Carey Street, Bluefield, WV, joined God in Heaven as one of His angels on Wednesday February 14, 2007. 

     Born June 5, 2005 in Bluefield, WV, Judy was the daughter of Matthew Neal and Amanda Daniel.  She was of the Christian faith and was very loved.  Judy was mommy’s little angel and the light of daddy’s life.  She was also her sisters’ best friend.

     When she arrived in Heaven, she was joined with her aunt, Beverly Daniel and her maternal grandmother, Lara Daniel.  She also joined her paternal grandparents, Thomas and Judith Neal; and her maternal grandparents, Jim and Gwen Lovell. 

     Survivors in addition to her parents are her sisters, Gwendolyn Marie Daniel, Samantha Lynn Daniel and Christine Leeann Neal and Alicia Michelle Wiley, all of Bluefield; her brother, Matthew Allen Neal, Jr.; maternal grandparents, Christopher and Barbara Daniel of Chester, VA; maternal great-grandmother, Frances Bufford of Chester, VA; her aunts, Licia Inscore of Bluefield, Debbie Stroupe of Falls Mills, VA, Kimberly Neal of Princeton, and Diana Quessenbery of Bluewell; and her Uncle, Benjamin Neal of Bluefield. 

     Funeral services will be conducted on Monday February 19, 2007 at 2:00 p.m.  in the Mercer Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Scott Catron officiating.  The family will receive friends from 1:00 p.m. until the time of service on Monday. 

     Friends and family will serve as pallbearers. 

     Memorial contributions, if desired, may be made to Bluefield Monument Company, in Judy’s name, 430 Virginia Avenue, Bluefield, VA 24605.
