Bluefield, VA – Marjorie N. Harrell 75 formerly of Miami, FL and recently made her home with her daughter Rebecca Barry of 293 Oak Grove Way Bluefield, VA died Sunday June 10, 2007 at BRMC Wellmont Hospice, Bristol, TN.

    Born January 15, 1932 in Birmingham, AL she was a daughter of the late Lou and Nellie Miller. She was of the Baptist faith and was an artist. She was a graduate of Ocala Community College and loved gardening, and all of her children, and adopted two children through the Feed The Children program. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a daughter Cindy Morris,  a son Jeffrey Dyer and a grandson Jason Michaude.

    She is survived by her husband Edward Harrell of Ocala, FL, daughters: Rebecca Barry and her husband Scott of Bluefield, VA, Debra Graffeo and her husband John of Bluefield, VA, Kathy McGhee and her husband Tom of Tampa, FL, Melody Chapman and her husband Joey of Ft. Lauderdale, FL, and her son Douglas Dyer and his wife Chris of South Windsor, CT, grandchildren Ryan Barry of Bluefield, VA, Danielle Michaude of Ft. Lauderdale, FL, Rachael and Brittney Dyer of South Windsor, CT, Michael and Matthew Dyer of Tampa, FL, Tommy Morris, Craig Morris, Luke Morris and Candice Cantrell all of Ft. Lauderdale, FL, Vanessa Cantrell of Jacksonville, FL, John Foundas of Chicago, IL and great-granddaughter Coral Rose Raymond and son-in-law Tom Morris.

    Graveside services will be conducted Saturday June 16, 2007 at 2:oo p.m. at Maple Hill Cemetery in Bluefield, VA with Dr. Allen A. Hammond officiating. Family members will serve as pallbearers. Those attending services are asked to meet at Mercer Funeral Home by 1:30 p.m. Saturday.
