Bluefield-Helga
Martha Williamson, 73, of 156 Greenbrier Dr. Holly Hill Estates, Bluefield, died
Thursday, March 9, 2006 at her residence.
She was born on June 28,
1932 in Germany, and was a daughter of the late Xavier Traidl and Martha
Ettenhofer Traidl. She was a former secretary with GTE and after retirement was
employed by Wal-Mart and Mercer County Schools system. She was a member of the
Foster Grandparent Program and was a member of Sacred Heart Catholic Church,
Bluefield.
She is survived by two
daughters, Debbie Green and husband Mike of Greensboro, NC; Susie Cumbow and
husband Sam of Elliston, VA; one sister, Ursala Sayce of Mulgrave, Australia;
two grandsons, Jonathan Sudduth and Aaron Cumbow; two great-grandsons, Nathan
and Justin Sudduth, and a very good beloved friend, Raymond Akers.
A memorial service for
Mrs. Williamson will be held Monday, March 13, 2006 at 12 p.m. at Sacred Heart
Catholic Church with Father William K. Mathney as officiant.
