Bluefield- Irene G. Stewart, 76, of 1235 College Ave., Bluefield, WV, died Friday October 28, 2005 in a Princeton hospital. Born August 7, 1929 in West Jefferson, NC, she was a daughter of the late Willie and Lula Gentry.

      Mrs. Stewart was a loving mother and wife and was formerly employed by Tastee-Freez of Bluefield.

       In addition to her parents; she was preceded in death by her husband Tommy G. Stewart, several brothers and sisters, and grandson, Ryan Derik Punturi.

      Survivors include; a son Larry Stewart of Rock Hill, SC, a daughter; Terri Punturi and husband Roger of Princeton, a sister; Jewel Teal of NC, a granddaughter; Leslie Stewart Long of Charlotte, NC, and several nieces, nephews, and friends.

     Graveside services will be conducted from the Grandview Memory Gardens Cemetery in Bluefield, VA on Monday October 31, 2005 at 11:00A.M. with the Pastor Tony Reed officiating.
