Jane Elizabeth Johnson, 90, of Rt. 3 Box 495 Lorton Lick Rd., formerly of 213
Spruce St., Bluefield, died Thursday March 2, 2006.
Born December 28, 1915
in Gardner, WV, she was a daughter of the late Charles Watson and Hattie Elma
Hughes Johnson. Jane was a member of the Grace United Methodist Church and was
retired from National Electric Coil. In addition to her parents, she was
preceded in death by her brothers; Cecil, Joseph, and Charles Johnson; sisters,
Myrtle and Elma Johnson.
Survivors include; a
sister; Beulah Ruth Kent of Hood River, OR, cousins, Peggy Pettrey of Bluefield,
WV, Shirley Cox of Rocky Gap, VA, Lilly Mae White of Princeton, WV and special
friends Hazel and R. C. Blankenship of Lorton Lick Rd.
Funeral services for
Jane Johnson will be conducted Monday March 6, 2006 at 10:00 A.M. from the
Mercer Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Carl Van Stavern officiating. Burial
will follow from the Roselawn Memorial Gardens Cemetery located in Princeton.
Pallbearers will be Shane and Adam Pettery and Eddie and Ronnie Mabe. The family
will receive friends at the funeral home Monday March 6, 2006 from 9:30 A.M.
until time of service.
