Tucker, GA –
Lewis Hale Kaylor 58 of 1513 Harbor Oaks Tucker, GA and formerly of Bluefield,
WV died Friday March 17, 2006 at the Embracing Hospice Hospital in Jonesboro,
GA.
Born
March 12, 1948 in Bluefield, WV he was a son of the late Walter Owen Kaylor and
Oreda Neel Kaylor.
Lewis
was a graduate of Bluefield High School, Class of 1966 and a graduate of East
Tennessee State University, Class of 1971. He worked as a salesman and has
resided in the Atlanta, GA area since 1971.
He is
survived by his wife Marie Romero Kaylor, two-step sons William Griego and his
wife Gina of Monroe, GA, and Angelo Griego of Tucker, GA., two brothers David O.
Kaylor and his wife Karen of York, SC and Charles W. Kaylor and his wife
Margaret of The Woodlands, TX. Also surviving are four nieces, Katharine K.
Slayden of Blythewood, SC, Kimberly K. Wollman of Irmo, SC, Karoline K.
Williamson of Greenville, SC, Sarah E. Kaylor of The Woodlands, TX, a nephew
Joshua H. Kaylor of The Woodlands, TX, two great nephews Evan Wollman of Irmo,
SC and Jack Slayden of Blythewood, SC and a great niece Elizabeth Wollman of
Irmo, SC.
Graveside services and interment will be held Tuesday March 21, 2006 at 11:00
a.m. at the Maple Hill Cemetery in Bluefield, VA with Dr. Charles Miller of
Trinity United Methodist Church officiating.
The
family will receive friends from 9:30 a.m. until 10:30 a.m. Tuesday. Those
attending services are asked to meet at the funeral home by 10:30 a.m.
